Foster volunteers

One of the challenges we face as a small rescue group is that we can only take in dogs that we have foster homes for. Many of these poor animals are waiting on "death row" and fostering is an incredible experience. It allows you to save a life, give love and nurturing to an animal that may have been abused or neglected and, lastly, helping them get to their permanent, forever home. If you would like to help, fill out the foster application below!

Transport Coordinators

We are looking for volunteers to transport our animals as needed to vet appointments and to our adoption events. We provide the carriers for them to travel in and dates/times are flexible!

Petsmart Adoption Events

We are always looking for volunteers to help us on Saturdays at the Petsmart located at 2590 Sutton Rd.
in Hoffman Estates. The times are 11:30 - 3pm. Please email info@hopepetrescue.com
if you'd like to help out.
We need dog handlers and volunteers to answer questions, give out information, etc. It's a lot of fun and you get to meet/cuddle with all our fantastic animals available for adoption!

Web designer

We are currently looking for someone to donate their skills and time to vamp up our website. If you, or someone you know might be able to assist us, please contact 847-778-4349.

Administrative Help

The core of our organization relies on our foster parents. We need volunteers to recruit fosters for our animals through internet research, volunteer websites, social network connections, etc. Also to handle phone inquiries and check adoption references. We will train you (it's easy!) and would really help us out!
